2. About IQBIZ
IQBIZ is a technology company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We develop and operate intelligent business platforms including, but not limited to, IQ Clinic (clinic management), Vendor Management System, Stock Management, eCommerce CRM, and SecurePass Credential Manager. We also provide website development and content creation services.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use our platforms in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or platforms
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without written permission
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the IQBIZ website and platforms — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code — is the intellectual property of IQBIZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.
5. Client Data and Platform Use
Data entered into IQBIZ platforms by business clients (such as patient records, inventory data, or financial information) remains the property of the respective client. IQBIZ acts as a data processor and will not access, use, or share client data except as required to deliver the contracted service or as required by law. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and consents to upload data to our platforms.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for IQBIZ services are agreed upon in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the relevant agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of our platforms, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQBIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IQBIZ in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. IQBIZ has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
